Our Commercial Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Team has an opening for a journeyman electrician
to perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and small utility solar photovoltaic
(PV) systems. You'll be a critical part of supporting over 460 solar PV sites in Colorado and will get
exposure to a wide variety of customers and a talented team of solar professionals. Our O&M team's
focus is to be the premier solar O&M in Colorado by providing best-in-class customer service and the
technical expertise required to keep systems online and running efficiently.

Lead Electrician Core Responsibilities:


· Perform licensed electrical service work on commercial and utility-scale solar PV installations across Colorado.
· Manage and support your apprentice electrician crew mate.
· Troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems efficiently and safely.
· Provide feedback to O&M team members to help improve processes and team dynamics.
· Educate apprentices and other team members on proper and safe execution of electrical service work.
· Interface with customers via email and phone regarding scheduling and work-scope follow-up.
· Installation and repair of Data Acquisition Systems (monitoring) for commercial projects.
· Initiate and facilitate equipment warranty claims and vendor RMA processes.
· Track and report on work orders in Salesforce and SiteCapture on cellular devices and computers.




What You Bring


· Colorado State Licensed Journeyman Electrician
· Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of job scopes.
· Ability and desire to mentor apprentice electricians.
· Attention to detail and technical aptitude.
· Strong safety mindset.
· Ability to travel within the state of Colorado.
· Comfortability working at heights, on ladders, and pitched roof surfaces.
· Comfortability using laptop, cell phone, e-mail and various applications.
· Professional and timely communication style.
· Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, one-lines, and technical equipment manuals
· OSHA and NFPA 70E knowledge




Work Schedule


· Monday-Friday- 40 hours
· Our work is outdoors in all weather conditions.
· Occasional overnight travel within the state of Colorado and an active driver's license.
· This position will occasionally require "on-call" coverage one weekend day.
· Opportunities for overtime, but not a requirement.
