We are looking for an individual with mid-level experience to join our team as a Blending Technician. In this role, you’ll work with our Production Team of 12 to prep, blend, and package our proprietary hygiene solutions. 

On The Job

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in liquid/chemical blending & bottling (2 years).
  • Proficient in simple English reading, writing, and basic mathematics (high school diploma or GED equivalent). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records.
  • Detail-oriented and consistent.
  • A team player and able to effectively operate in group environment. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented and able to manage time and meet specific deadlines.
  • Willing to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts as needed. 
  • Able to regularly perform the following physical requirements, with or without accommodations: 

- Frequently: Prolonged periods standing and moving about to perform repetitive tasks.

- Frequently: Manually perform repetitive tasks that require gripping, holding, moving, pulling, and lifting various mixing, packaging and bottling materials with both hands.

- Frequently: Utilize hands tools, including, but not limited to wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, drivers, drills, hand saws.

- Frequently: Visually differentiate between multi-colored hoses, labels, bottles, boxes, and solution types.

- Frequently: Bend, lean, and crouch to inspect & maintain equipment.

- Frequently: Lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

- Frequently: Climb flight of stairs to access blending tank.

Job Requirements 

  • Blend liquid chemicals following SOPs and bottle, label, and package products.
  • Take product samples to ensure the quality of products. 
  • Communicate with supervisor to ensure documentation of process improvements and adjustments.
  • Assist with inventory control; ensure accurate posting of inventory transfers. Facilitate inventory cycle counting.  
  • Communicate maintenance needs to the supervisor and help facilitate the repairs of equipment
  • Work with supervisor to ensure that all demand for solution is fulfilled.
  • Cross-train other team members in processes as required to ensure coverage of this department.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Cleaning and maintaining liquid blending operations and area to SOPs.
