What you will do as an
Associate Electrical Engineer- Provide Electrical Engineering support to Clients.
- Reply to other departments via chats/emails directly regarding project queries as needed.
- Minimal Side Work and Live Support assistance as required and approved by Management.
- Perform all other duties assigned by leadership.
- Adhere to established schedule as designated by leadership.
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in the workplace and online communications.
- Make meaningful contributions in all weekly meetings (1-on-1 and team huddles) by maintaining engagement through questions and responses.
- Participate in trainings to advance knowledge and skills in the role.
What ClearSource Needs from You- Electrical Engineering Graduate with at least 1-year related working experience
- License preferred but not required.
- Strong preference for applicants with US Residential Solar Experience or other US Solar Companies
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus, AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Web navigation, multitasking on different tools
- Knowledge of Electrical Code and Standards
- English written communication and Verbal Communication must be strong.
