ClearSource is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks to join our team.  The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial data. 

What you will do as an Accountant
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts. 
  • Track accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices. 
  • Perform regular bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. 
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial records. 
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. 
  • Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to appropriate authorities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management. 
  • Provide financial data and insights to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Assist in creating and monitoring budgets to track company performance against financial goals. 
  • Complete all necessary month-end and year-end accounting processes. 
  • Prepare records for audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data. 
What ClearSource Needs from You 
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop and/or online versions) with hands-on experience in managing complex financial transactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Solid understanding of intermediate accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy in financial records.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with tax preparation and compliance is a plus.
